With 'Foundations of Qigong for Men,' you'll embark on a journey to rediscover balance, strength, and inner peace. Each week, we'll delve into different aspects of Qigong, designed to align your physical, emotional, and spiritual self.

You'll learn about…
Week 1/September 4th : “An Ancient Way’ - Discover the history and contextual evolution of Qigong. What are the defining characteristics that we see woven throughout the movements and vast expressions of Qi. You will receive some of the core principles of cultivating a relationship to your own life force expressions and how to connect more deeply the internal and external spaces. Warms ups and practice begin.
Week 2/September 11th: “The Sea of Qi” - Develop a relationship with the center of your being. Focus on spaces where Qi is stored and generated. Relax your body to naturally and sustainably release stored tension and trauma from the body and energy fields. Warm ups and practice.
Week 3/September 18th: “Fluidity of Space” - Invitation to slow down and explore the body in a field of energy. Questions to stimulate somatic curiosity and deep listening. Basic instruction of Qigong breathing and movement.
Week 4/September 25th: “The Root of Power” - Explore the relationship of pelvic space, connective tissue and energy flow through the entire body. Anatomical visuals and orientation. Warm ups and pelvic specific Kung Fu stances & seated practice.
Week 5/October 2nd: “The Midline” - Develop a profound relationship to your spine as anatomical, energetic and neurological. Explore why Qigong is such a powerful tool for developing Intuitive ability and physical power, by examining the developmental stages of early human life. Warm ups, movement and seated pracitce.
Week 6/October 9th: “A Friend for Life - Bring together all that you've learned to create an intuitive Qigong practice. Develop a sustainable practice that will continue to grow way beyond this course. Simplify your practice and open yourself to the limitless journey of internal cultivation. Review, guiding principles, warm ups, movement, seated practice and the Path of Development.
In addition to weekly video lessons*, you'll receive personal support through Q&A sessions, a community forum to connect with fellow participants, and additional resources to deepen your practice. Whether you're new to Qigong or looking to deepen your existing practice, this course is designed to support you in finding greater health, happiness, and harmony.
